Circular board of 430mm diameter and approx. 50mm thick, with a liquid catching groove around edge on top side. Bounded by a stainless steel band with two completely securely and permanently fastened stainless steel handles. The “Stand-up” refers to the direction of the grain in the bamboo timber. This is our absolute premium of cutting boards, suitable for large and commercial kitchens.
